Clare Muscutt is a leading expert in
Customer Experience and specialises in omnichannel service design and customer-led
Clare’s career started ‘on the shop
floor’ whilst completing her education and Masters in Marketing at the
University of Birmingham. She spent her early days in General Management, and
went on to hold a number of senior CX leadership roles in FTSE 100
organisations, working with and for some of the UK’s best-known brands
including: M&S, Tesco, Asda, British Airways and Premier Inn before heading
up Customer Experience at one of the UK’s largest retailers: Sainsbury’s PLC.
Clare recently started her own freelance
and consultancy business, CMXperience LTD, and works with a diverse range of
clients, from start-ups looking to grow, to large public-sector organisations
looking to re-design national government services, helping them to put
customers and users at the heart of decision making.
Muscutt has won numerous awards
including UK Professional of the Year, endorsing her for her creative forward-thinking
approach and impressive commercial results.
