Melissa Porter is an award-winning Customer Service and
Sales Executive with a strong passion and focus for truly leading with the
customer and providing a high-quality work environment for employees. As the
Vice President of Customer Relations for Tailored Brands, Melissa is
responsible for creating a customer centric experience across all channels for
multiple brands and leading a diverse Omnichannel Contact Center division. Melissa
began her career in a store and has held various roles throughout her twenty
years at Tailored Brands including Director of Business to Business Operations,
Manager of Inside Sales, and Multi Unit Manager.
