Tyler Saxey has nearly 10 years of experience in customer
service and experience design, working with industry giants including American Express,
Starbucks and Nike. Tyler has helped companies across the world design and
execute customer experience programs and strategies, mostly recently, serving
as the Director of Customer Experience at Foot Locker. At Foot Locker,
Tyler is responsible in overseeing all of the CX touch points for the brand,
including store operations, call center and digital among others.
